Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; availability may vary.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Written proof approval is required before production begins; production time starts after approval. A deposit may be required for custom orders, with the balance due before pickup or shipment. Custom printed and embroidered items are non-refundable once produced, except where the error is ours.

You represent and warrant that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos, trademarks, and other content you submit to us, and that our production of your order will not infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree not to use this website to submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or misleading content, to attempt unauthorized access, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

All site content, including text, layout, graphics, and our marks, is the property of Jackson Marketing LLC DBA EZN Print & Design and may not be copied or reused without written permission. You retain ownership of your own artwork.

The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in Mobile County, Alabama.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date.
